Walter shot a doe just before sunset on Saturday. We were all very excited. I never imagined myself as a hunter's wife, but here I am, getting my picture taken with dead animals. My my, how life turns out!
While we were in "the country" for the weekend we also celebrated an early Thanksgiving with Walter's family. X got to play with some of his cousins and the food was fabulous! Thank you Tina and Tom for hosting such a great weekend.
So here's the pics. Let me warn you now that there are shots of the deer that might seem graphic to some. But huntin aint for sissy's!

I haven't even looked at the photos yet but i had to come straight to the comments and tell you how hard i laughed at your second paragraph, and then i read it out loud to Brian and he thought it was great and hilarious too.
ok psyching myself up to look at the deer pictures. i know i can do it. thinking of you guys and glad it looks like you're doing great! no, i have given up on my lap. i lie down on the couch and just set Win next to me to read him books. you are getting so close now!!! are you amazed how strong you are?? i have always watched really pregnant mamas hefting their toddlers around with awe and now i get to be one of them!!
